  I have lived here for 4 plus years. Latisha in the office is very unfriendly, rude . There is no upkeep on the inside once you move in. I have the oldest short brown shah carpet, while the models show nice tan carpet. I was promised self cleaning oven and to date I have an old oven. Refrigerator is in poor condition with tape holding to get shelf. Eviction is always being threatened . Sam is always cheerful but has no authority to change things Maintenance crew are as helpful but overworked. I would not recommend living here. It is considered the ghetto of Avon. Ask any Avon police officer if they would recommend Timberlake and they would tell to find someplace else to live if you can.
